Forty Years of Fun

My dear friend, Liz, turned the big 40 this year. Her husband has been recovering from a fall off of their roof this winter, so I decided to help him throw her a party!! It was a couples dinner, with some of her close friends. It was a lot of fun! Love ya Liz!

Cancun 2010

We love Mexico! We joined forces with some of our dear friends, the Parsons. They have triplets that are 10 days younger then our kids. We rented a 5 bedroom condo, right in the middle of the hotel zone. It was right on the beach, it was beautiful. We visited the Tulum ruins, went shopping, snorkeling, ate some authentic food, swam, played in the ocean, and rented some small boats for a cruise. We had a blast!

Finger filet

Poor Zach, he always gets the injury that requires a visit to the ER. He was helping me open a package, when the knife slipped! OUCH!!! Luckily the stitches came out the night before our vacation to Cancun, thank to our neighbor Mark Ryser!!

Make Over

It's the New Year, and many aspects of my life are craving a make over, including this blog. I spent a few hours getting everything current.

I wish the other areas in my life, that need a make over, only took a few hours :( I will work on those things one day at a time.

Hopefully the upcoming year will be full of memory making with all of our family and friends. We are blessed because of everything that surround us!

Merry Christmas

Waiting for the green light.

Abby digging her new pea coat!

We had a very peaceful Christmas. We enjoyed a very low key morning around the house, before we headed out to visit with family.

Temple Worthy

We enjoyed one of the benefits of having all of our kids turn 12 on the same day. We were able to go to the temple as a family to do baptisms. It was very neat. Jeremy was able to perform all of the ordinances. Because it was not busy, they allowed me to go into the area around the font, so that I could be closer to the family.
